Crystal Schaeffer, MVCC, BAS, RVT, is the Director of Technician Development, overseeing the professional growth of more than 175 veterinary technicians and assistants across multi-hospital settings. She is the Immediate Past President of the Indiana Veterinary Technician Association and an instructor at Lincoln Memorial University, where she teaches graduate-level courses in anesthesia and analgesia as well as hospital operations. Crystal serves on multiple veterinary technology education boards, contributing to curriculum development, and is a national educational speaker on veterinary nursing, clinical training, and professional development.

Myranda Jennings, BS, RVT, is the Manager of Clinical Development, overseeing technician education, leadership development, and clinical standardization across 11 privately owned veterinary hospitals. She is the President of the Indiana Veterinary Technician Association and serves on Purdue University’s Veterinary Nursing Curriculum Board, where she contributes to curriculum development and workforce advancement. Myranda serves on the AVMA Committee on Veterinary Technician Education and Activities (CVTEA), supporting accreditation standards and the continued advancement of veterinary nursing education.
